MANDARIN SALAD

Ingredients :
FOR THE SALAD
- 150g of spinach
- 150g of arugula
- 6 tangerines
- 50g of roasted nuts
- 50g of roasted nuts
- Pinch of sea salt
For training
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice
- 1 coffee Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Step 1 :
In a large bowl, combine spinach, arugula, tangerines and walnuts.
Step 2 :
In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, orange juice, honey, and mustard. Slowly pour in the oil while whisking until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Garnish with Parmesan and a pinch of sea salt.
