Extra Virgin Olive Oil: The purest and most prestigious olive oil. It is first cold pressed without any chemicals or heat treatment. Extra virgin olive oil has a golden green color, a fruity flavor and a low acidity level that does not exceed 0.8%.

Virgin Olive Oil:It is also first cold pressed, however its acidity level is higher than extra virgin olive oil and does not exceed 2%. Virgin olive oil has a golden yellow color and a milder flavor than extra virgin olive oil.

Lampante Olive Oil: It is a low-quality olive oil with a free acidity level above 2% and has to go through a refinement process to be fit for human consumption.

Olive Pomace Oil:This oil is obtained from a blend of refined olive pomace oil and extra virgin olive oil, with an acidity level no higher than 1.5%.

Each of these types of olive oil has its own characteristics and can be used for different culinary applications.
